Thank you for taking the time to discuss the yard issues with us tonight. It is much appreciated. Hopefully I have captured all of those that were on the call. I wanted to take a second to make a positive call out as I know sometimes its easy to focus on the negative and forget to appreciate the good that we sometimes take for granted.

The past two days have been brutal with the elements outside as we are all aware. Your Van Buren team has a yard driver that in my opinion deserves to be recognized for his loyal service. Despite the road conditions and terribly dangerous temperatures, Brian Zehender has been to work and been a great asset to us. Monday he was instrumental in taking the lead coordinating with the plow company to get the dock doors cleaned out and I believe he was there for roughly 10 hours. This was 10 hours on site helping with the building non operational. Today, he was the only day shifter able to make it in for the yard. He worked almost 12 hours and kept day shift afloat with trailers single handedly. We want you to know that his efforts and dedication did not go unnoticed.

What a great note from Casey, our key contact in Van Buren, OH! Looks like Brian has just become a candidate for Driver of the Month this January!
