Jamestown Container sets the mark on SAFETY

The Jamestown Container Companies' New York manufacturing facilities recently qualified for the New York State Department of Labor's Workplace Safety and Loss Prevention Incentive Program (WSLPIP). Jamestown Container facilities in Falconer, Buffalo and Rochester NY were inspected and found to be in compliance with the states safety program.
This voluntary program, also called Industrial Code Rule 60 (CR-60), rewards companies with a discount in their workers' compensation costs if they can comply with the state's 14-point Industrial Safety Program. The state's Safety Program seeks to prevent occupational illnesses and injuries by identifying, preventing, evaluating, and controlling workplace hazards.
Jamestown Container is only the 3rd company in the entire state of New York to receive such certification
