There was a TV commercial back in the day for the Army that said, "We do more before 5 AM them most people do all day". The same can be said for the Northwest Hardwoods account.
The Northwest Hardwoods account in Elkhart, IN is managed by Tim Wilhelm. Tim made a visit to the account this week to complete drop and hook training along with 4th quarter safety training.
At 04:00 Tim walked up on this drivers getting their equipment and loads ready to start the day. Once the pre-trip inspection was done Tim helped with the load securement.
Tim got out there and got his hands dirty, which had a big impact on his drivers. His guys all laugh and enjoyed seeing Tim's face turn red from the cold. It was 30 degrees outside when he was out helping his guys.
Tim handed out new safety vest and gloves to everyone, and all enjoyed coming to work this day.
