CiCi's Pizza has partnered with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, a global commercial real estate advisory firm, to help achieve the brand's development goals in the Northeast.
Coppell, Texas-based CiCi's Pizza currently has a presence in 34 states. The company has already identified specific markets for expansion within the Northeast, including Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Buffalo, N.Y., Philadelphia and northern New Jersey. The new relationship with NGKF was created to expedite the franchise's growth.

NGKF advisors will work with CiCi's Pizza franchisees directly to assist in site selection, site renewals, lease negotiations and to refer construction and finance specialists.
