When you walk into the office at our Quaker Oats account it is easy to see that our OS Leigha Rutan is not just putting safety first, she is making personal.
Leigha has put up a dry erase board and started to post safety slogans of her own. To make this more impressive the dry erase is about 7 feet up the wall and Leigha is 5 foot 3 inches tall. It takes an effort to update the safety messages to the drivers.
Thank you to both Josh Kimble and Leigha Rutan for going the extra effort into getting safety out to your team.
