While I was on vacation Scott Tully was visiting JMC – Richmond. Store # 360, Indianapolis, called in desperate need of product. Scott has always been a team player and willing to help our franchisees in any way possible. Scott without hesitation volunteered to delivered product to the store. He saved the manager at 360 a lot of time and money because the manager did not have to drive to Richmond for a will call order. He also was able to better service CiCis’ customers. Scott has done this on more than one occasion while he has been our operations manager. I feel grateful to have people at J. B. Hunt who have a spirit of teamwork and willingness to go above the call of duty. Thanks Scott for your quality service to JMC and our franchisee community. You don’t know how much this helps everyone out.
